TRACY AND MARTIN WILL BE PLEASED TO WELCOME YOU TO OUR REFURBISHED FAMILY RUN HOTEL, WE ARE A LICENSED HOTEL SITUATED IN A QUIET LOCATION, ONLY A FEW MINUTES FROM THE BUS/COACH AND RAILWAY STATION, YET IS ONLY 5 MINUTES WALK FROM THE BEACH AND EVEN LESS FROM THE TOWN CENTRE AND LOCAL AMENITIES.

The Fountaindale holds the welcome to excellence certificate for our high standard of customer care, we have also been awarded the Gold Food and Health Award which recognies our constant commitment to safety, hygiene and providing healthier food choices for our customers, in our totally smoke-free establishment.

We have a large tv/lounge, serving bottled beers, wines and spirits. The Fountaindale has its own car park to the side of the hotel with enough car parking for each room reserved. We offer a variety of bedrooms, single, double, twin and family over both ground and first floors. We have two ground floor rooms which are ideal for visitors with limited mobility, one with a large wet room.

The ETC have awarded us with the four star guest accommodation status.

Skegness boasts many known features such as a fine stretch of golden sandy beach, The Natureland Marine sanctuary and Gibraltar Point Nature Reserve, The Embassy theatre and the RNLI life boat station and its giftshop are just a short stroll away with many well known shows and stars appearing throughout the season. There are many family entertainments such as Bottons Pleasure Beach, boating lakes, ten pin bowling, crazy golf, go-karting, as well as the famous Skegness Illuminations! For sports fans there are two 18 hole golf courses, bowling greens, snooker halls and stock car racing. Skegness also has a great swimming facilities indoors and out in the newly refurbished Compass Gardens Complex. Fantasy Island Theme Park at Ingoldmells is only 10 minutes by car.

There are beautiful floral displays with fountains and waterfalls, kiddies play areas, and all just minutes from the beach, main seafront parade and general shopping area. As the sun goes down, enjoy a night out at one of the many pubs or clubs, and perhaps even see one of the star named shows at the Embassy Theatre. There is something for everyone to enjoy, and many visitors return time and time again.
