From Boston (A52)

Enter One way system when approaching Skegness town centre. Keep on A52 (passing Taylors Garage on right) follow signposts to Mablethorpe (A52). Take second main turning right after rejoining two-way road into Scarbrough Avenue. Straight over roundabout (St Matthews Church) to Skegness Pier. At Skegness Pier turn right. Straight over Clock Tower roundabout. Take first turning right and proceed straight over the staggered junction into Sandbeck Avenue. The Fountaindale Hotel is on the right side after several hundred yards.
